Holy Moly, what's going on?!

Friends and Family have been amazing...

What a difference a day makes with friends and family that you love so much. I am soooooo spoiled! Had a fun visit at work from my longtime childhood friend, Kara Holt, who brought me the best candy bouquet ever from her and her stepmom, Sharon. Then called me 20 minutes later to tell me I'm not allowed to eat it and to give it to the boys because she heard that sugar isn't good for cancer patients! LOL Thanks for the tease, Kar.

Then I get the sweetest Date Night organized by my awesome CFS family. My parents picked up the boys from school and we got courtesy babysitting from one of my favorite (and my kids' favorite!) people, Christy Williams. Thip Thai is my new favorite Thai restaurant in CoMO! The chef spoiled us (thanks to Danette Robb's sneakiness). And we didn't even get to the Hot Box Cookies or the movie tonight! Oh and the most thoughtful giftbag of necessities for the weeks to come from my sweet friend, Cari Shouman. I've never felt like royalty like I did tonight. Thank you, mom & dad, Danette Robb, Erin Hendershot, Elly Yarbrough Barton, Kalene Wyatt Aslanidis, Meg Bechtold, Sheila Evans Walls, Crystal Umfress, Patti Adair, Jonna Barrack and Rachael Kennedy Schneider. I don't even know what to say.

Once again, I'm so floored. CFS moms (I love you gals so much) showered me with Mizzou goodies, all of which I'll wear and use with True Son (or daughter... Even though most of my friends think I have a pennnnis) pride! Chocolate covered strawberries that didn't last the night, beautiful basket of flowers (thank you, Brittany and Brad Miller!), thoughtful books that will keep me occupied as I enjoy a Lorazepam/Prochlorperazine (anti-barf meds) cocktail and a warm fuzzy blanket that was left with Mark at his office with nothing but a note about Project Linus. Anybody know what that is? I need to read up on it. Such a sweet random act of kindness. Oh, and I'm stuffed like a turkey after Nicole Atchison Wallace waaayyyy over-orders Olive Garden for us for dinner tonight! And Nikki Peterson... How on earth did you know we love Shakespeare's?? Thank you alllllll soooooo much!!!!! I keep pinching myself.
